We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and we try to answer all your faqs and concerns as soon as possible. To help answer some of your inquiries right away, we put together a list on the most common questions below. If you cannot find your question, please contact us here.


You can click on Contact Us page and send us your message. You will receive a reply from the customer service representative within 24-48 hours.

We are flexible with packaging. If your order fits into a bubble envelope, we can package it this way. Usually, we use boxes for packaging. You can send us a message if you need any specific packaging instructions.

You can pay for your order by credit cards or PayPal. You will see our available payment options at the bottom of the website and also at the checkout.

Your shipping will be accurately calculated based on the weight of the package. We are happy to offer free shipping within Canada if you order $100 or more.

Once we cut your fabric, we cannot cancel your order because the fabric will be custom cut for you. If you change your mind, the first thing to do is to contact our customer service to see if the fabric was already cut. If it wasn't we will be able to cancel your order.

For any non-fabric items, we can cancel your order if it wasn't shipped yet. Please contact our customer service to confirm.
